Delivery Information

Sweet Treats aim to offer an outstanding service to all of our customers from the initial order through to delivery. All items are posted using Royal mail or alternative courier. Standard postage costs cover postage and packaging. 

Our postage is calculated on the weight of your total order with us. This is automatically determined during the checkout process and is clearly displayed. 

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages caused during transit with the postal service.  In the case of damages and returns please see our returns policy. If nobody is home when your item(s) are delivered, the delivery may be re-scheduled or the items may be left with a local neighbour for collection. If after failed delivery the goods are returned to us, we will contact you to discuss a reschedule which may incur an additional cost.

We aim to process and send all items as quickly as possible, within 3-5 days of receiving the order (although for very complicated or large orders this may increase slightly, particularly during busy periods). Most standard orders should be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
 

Delivery time within the UK depending on options selected can take between  2-5 days. Delivery for orders above 15kg is currently unavailable, however a click and collect option is available at no extra cost.
